Bacon Will Bring Us Together

Silver Creek won't be labeled as a mega church but there are enough adults and kids that call it their church, that it's near impossible to know everyone. We don't have any plans to get everyone to know everyone but we believe it would be phenomenal to get together as many people from Silver Creek as possible. It can't happen every week but maybe at least every once in a while.

So after some brainstorming sessions to consider how we might be able to motivate as many people as we can to come for a special day. We came up with the idea of a Bacon Sunday. Sure a new message series might work, or maybe we have our worship team write it's own song. We could have hired comedians or magicians but when we really thought it over, we knew bacon was the answer. Because, who doesn't love bacon?

All of us together on one day is the goal but if we can use bacon to motivate we will. So plan now to make sure you're at Silver Creek on Nov 13. If you know someone else that considers Silver Creek their church then encourage them to be there that day as well. We will be serving all kinds of bacon and foods with bacon between our regular services. Hope to see you there.
